Contemplative Breath Workshops for Individualsโ โ
You donโt have to be enlightened to make enlightened choices in life. In the Contemplative Breath Workshops, you will focus to realign with what is truly important to you, and together we work on dissolving what stands in the way to get to better relationships, finding peace with past experiences, and standing tall in challenging life situations. You will learn and practice tools to be more authentic, focused, and stand in your own strength after these workshops.
We focus on three elements:
Find clarity around your desires and the underlying causes that prevent you from realizing them
Creation of different perspectives and a broader context on your situation
Learning and applying tools to realize lasting positive change
The Contemplative Breath Workshops are a series of 5 to 10 workshops, conducted once a week, either in person or online. The time in between will allow you to integrate the previous session, practice your new findings, and complete preparation homework for the next session. This is a retreat spread out over 10 weeks, so you have excellent integration in your current life, and you don't need to sacrifice your holiday to attend.
The Program
Each session is a powerful, 2+ hour container designed to help you move from turbulence into embodied clarity.
This isnโt like traditional talk therapy โ itโs nervous system transformation.
Youโll leave with fundamental shifts, not just insights.
Single Session (2โ2.5 hours): 3600 HKD
Five-Session Journey: 16,000 HKD
Ten-Session Journey: 30,000 HKD

Learning how to breathe better shows direct improvement in terms of emotional resilience, communication and creativity. Workshops and lectures range from breathing to mitigate stress and anxiety at work, to breathwork that enhances sports performace and cna prevent injury. Teambuilding events are focused on building awareness around emotions, communication and connection.
